Recruit Ready is a community driven, non-profit football program dedicated to providing young athletes with opportunities to develop their skills both on and off the field. We have a team of experienced speed and position-specific football coaches dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of athletes. By bringing together top talent from across the province, we create a highly competitive, high-performance training environment where athletes are pushed to grow.

Recruit Ready is a Winnipeg, Manitoba based non-profit program built on passion, mentorship, and a commitment to developing the next generation of football players. With 150 kids currently enrolled, this program removes financial barriers by offering participation at low or no cost. We are supported by a passionate team of 15-20 coaches who volunteer 100% of their time.
To sustain our program, we host events, like our golf tournament, to raise funds that will go directly towards essential expenses such as field time and equipment. By becoming a sponsor, you play a direct role in helping dedicated athletes access the resources they need to grow, compete, and reach the next level.
